Some yummy finger food.  Quick and easy to make. Great as canapés, or an afternoon snack for the kids – get the kids involved and have a bit of fun making them.

6 sheets of puff pastry

300g jar of salsa

350g grated mozzarella

200g grated tasty cheese

100g grated parmesan

1. Defrost puff pastry

2. Preheat oven to 200°C

3. Line 3 baking trays

4. Divide salsa between the 6 sheets and spread to edges

5. Mix cheeses together in a bowl

6. Divide cheese between the 6 sheets and spread out

7. Tightly roll up the pastry in a log

8. With a sharp knife slice into 2cm thick rounds

9. Please rounds on baking paper with scroll showing

10. Repeat with all the pastry sheets

11. Place trays in oven and cook for 15 – 20 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden

12. Can be served either warm or at room temperature
